Old Lightning Host LA Legends Bar Icons Series

L.A. cocktail lovers take note, Old Lightning, the beloved Marina Del Rey speakeasy has launched LAgends (LA Legends)—a six-month series spotlighting local bartender icons instrumental in shaping LA’s dynamic bar scene. Sponsored by Suntory, the series runs through December.

Each month, LAgends will honor a different foundational spirit as one legendary bartender (mixologist) will craft a bespoke three-cocktail menu, highlighting their personal style, innovation and reverence for the month’s featured spirit. Of the three libations, one standout cocktail will remain on Old Lightning’s menu for the entire month, offering guests a chance to revisit and savor a piece of that bartender’s legacy.

Old Lightning is located at 2905 Washington Blvd in Marina Del Rey. Open Wednesday through Saturday from 6pm to close. Reservations via Resy are strongly encouraged.
