Off the Hook Seafood Festival Returns to Santa Monica Pier October 19

The popular Off the Hook Santa Monica Seafood Festival is returning to the iconic Santa Monica Pier on Sunday, October 19 to celebrate the sea and the City's 150th Anniversary. 

 

Santa Monica's premier food festival brings together the city's top chefs and restaurants to showcase their favorite underwater ingredients. Attendees will enjoy all-you-can-eat seafood tastings, beer gardens, wine tastings, live music, oyster shucking and eating competitions, games, and more fun in the sun with the Pacific Ocean as the backdrop. 


 

This year, Off the Hook will also be the official closing event for LA Tech Week.

 

Off the Hook is 100% free of single-use plastics and raises funds for Heal the Bay, supporting their efforts to help preserve our local ocean and beaches for future generations. Heal the Bay remains committed to helping the people, ecosystems, and coastal waters impacted by the fires, ensuring we build L.A. back stronger and more resilient.


 

Guests will enjoy tastings from Westside favorites such as Santa Monica Seafood, Fitoor Santa Monica, Blue Plate Oysterette, Michael's Santa Monica, Mastro's, BOA, Fogo de Chao, Sushi Roku, The Lobster, The Albright, Santa Monica Whaler, Al Dente Pasta Shop, Soko Sushi, The Surfing Fox, Cityclub LA, Emporium Thai, Sweetfin Poké, Feisty Fish Poke, The Butter End, and more!

 


Off the Hook will also feature a Yacht Rock Party with live entertainment from cover band The Windbreakers, bringing the smooth rock sounds of the '70s and '80s to the Santa Monica Pier with quintessential yacht rock hits.


 

Tickets are all-inclusive and start at $80 for GA and $150 for the Sustainable VIP Lounge sponsored by Santa Monica Seafood, which includes 1-hour early entry at 3pm, sustainable seafood tastings from additional top chefs and restaurants, curated cocktails, premier seating, swag from partners, and a free amusement park ride voucher to Pacific Park valid through the end of the year (a $40 value).
