Hollywood on the Coast Food & Wine makes its debut

Culinary Host Chef Neal Fraser and Event Producer Shelby Russell proudly present the inaugural Hollywood on the Coast Food & Wine taking place on Saturday, June 13 at the iconic Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows in Santa Monica.

 

Conceived as a premier, one-night-only strolling culinary celebration at the intersection of entertainment, culinary artistry, and philanthropy, Hollywood on the Coast Food & Wine will host 750 distinguished guests from across the entertainment industry and Los Angeles’ thriving food and beverage community. This exclusive gathering unites an influential mix of producers, studio executives, celebrities, tastemakers, and industry leaders for an extraordinary evening along the California coast. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of one of Southern California’s most coveted seaside destinations, the event will unfold in a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere where creativity, culture, and world-class cuisine take center stage.


 

At the helm of this year’s culinary vision is renowned Host Chef Neal Fraser, whose acclaimed restaurant Redbird and iconic Downtown Los Angeles landmark Vibiana have become cornerstones of Downtown Los Angeles’ dining and event scene. From Michelin-starred teams and James Beard honorees to beloved local icons and rising culinary stars, Hollywood on the Coast Food & Wine offers a rare opportunity to experience an all-star lineup in one stunning coastal setting. Fraser will guide the culinary vision, curating a tasting experience that reflects both the creativity and cultural richness of the L.A. dining landscape.

 

The inaugural Hollywood on the Coast Food & Wine all-star chef lineup includes: Host Chef Neal Fraser; Chef Josiah Citrin of Mélisse; Chef Ben Ford of Galerie on Sunset; Chef Govind Armstrong of The Lobster; Chef Raphael Lunetta of Lunetta; Chef Tal Ronnen of Crossroads Kitchen; Chef Dustin Trani of Trani’s Dockside Station in San Pedro; Chef Frank Ryan Saporito of Wife and the Somm; Chef John Sungkamee of Emporium Thai; Chef Sandra Corder of Xuntos; Chef Sonnie Gomez of Calabra; Chef Joseph Cook of FIG Restaurant; Chef Jennifer Naylor of Jennifer Naylor Catering & Special Events.


 

Guests will embark on a dynamic tasting journey featuring bold, inventive cuisine alongside an exceptional collection of beverage offerings. Beyond its star power and culinary prestige, Hollywood on the Coast Food & Wine is grounded in purpose, with 100% of proceeds benefiting two of the entertainment industry’s most respected charitable organizations: Variety – The Children’s Charity of Southern California, which provides critical support and resources to children with special needs and their families, and the Will Rogers Motion Picture Pioneers Foundation, celebrating 90 years of supporting the motion picture community offering financial assistance and vital services to industry professionals in times of hardship.

Hollywood on the Coast Food & Wine will take place on Saturday, June 13 at Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows located at 101 Wilshire Boulevard in Santa Monica. This is a 21+ event. A DELTA VIP Early Entry Pass will be from 6pm to 7pm with regular admission from 7pm to 10pm.
